Regarding your request for assistance locating information on the RAEL Toll Bridge.I found only one reference to it in a Taos News Paper,as follows:

La Revista de Taos..Viernes 3 de Agosto 1917 No.30.AVISO-A los residentes del Pt.6 de Arroyo Hondo,Aviso es por estas dado,que des de el dia 5 de Septiembre A.D.1917,Todos los arriba mencionados que tengan que pasar por la Puente ahora perteneciente a SILVERO RAEL,Tendran que pagar el precio regular tasado a toda persona segun el precio del camino de portazago...Silverio Rael..30 33
 
La Revista de Taos..Friday 3rd of August 1917.No.30.NOTICE-To the residents of Precinct 6,Arroyo Hondo.Notice is hereby given,That from the 5th day of September A.D.1917.All of the above mentioned that have to cross the bridge now belonging to SILVERO RAEL,Will have to pay the regular price charged to every person according to the price of the toll road...Silverio Rael..30 33
